Awesome Joke on India, Pakistan war

View Comments

Its all Funny Imagination and forwarded by one of the user.

During the Cold War, if USA launched a nuke-loaded missile, Soviet Satellites would inform the Soviet army in 3 seconds and in less than 45 seconds Soviet counter-missiles would be on their way.

Recent studies commissioned by US department of Defense included one on nuclear war between India and Pakistan :

This was the scenario................

The Pakistan army decides to launch a nuke-missile towards India. They don't need any permission from their government, and promptly order the countdowns.

Indian technology is highly advanced. In less than 8 seconds, Indian army detects the Pak countdown and decides to launch a missile in retribution.

But they need permission from the Government of India.

They submit their request to the Indian President. The President forwards it to the Cabinet. The Prime Minister calls an emergency Lok Sabha session.

The LS meets, but due to several walkouts and severe protests by the opposition, it gets adjourned indefinitely.

The President asks for a quick decision.

In the mean time, the Pak missile failed to take off due to technical failure. Their attempts for a re-launch are still on.

Just then the Indian ruling party is reduced to a minority because a party that was giving outside support withdraws it. The President asks the PM to prove his majority within a week.

As the ruling party fails to win the confidence vote, a caretaker government is installed.

The caretaker PM decides to permit the armed forces to launch a nuclear missile. But the Election Commission says that a caretaker government cannot take such a decision because elections are at hand.

The Election Commission files Public Interest Litigation in the Supreme Court alleging misuse of power.

The Supreme Court comes to the rescue of the PM, and says the acting!
PM is authorized to take this decision in view of the emergency facing the nation.

Just then one of the Pak missiles successfully took off, but it fell
367 miles away from the target, on its own government building in Islamabad at 11.00AM.

Fortunately there were no casualties as no employee had reached the office that early. In any case, the nuclear core of the missile had detached somewhere in flight.

The Pakistan army is now trying to get better technologies from China and USA. The Indian Government, taking no chances, decides to launch a nuclear missile of its own, after convening an all-party meeting. This time all the parties agree.

Its three months since the army had sought permission. But as preparations begin, "pro-humanity",

"anti-nuclear" activists come out against the Government's decision.
Human chains are formed and Rasta rokos organized.

In California and Washington endless e-mails are sent to Indians condemning the government and mentioning "Please forward it to as many Indians as possible".

On the Pakistan side, the missiles kept malfunctioning. Some missiles deviate from target due to technical failures or high-speed wind blowing over Rajasthan.

Many of them land in the Indian Ocean killing some fishes.

A missile (smuggled from USA) is pressed into service. Since the Pakistan army is unable to understand its software, it hits it original

destination: Russia.

Russians successfully intercepts the missile and in retaliation launches a nuclear missile towards Islamabad. The missile hits the target and creates havoc.

Pakistan cries for help. India expresses deep regrets for what has happened and sends in a million dollars worth of Parle-G biscuits.

Thus India never gets to launch the missile

its all about twitter..

View Comments

Now a days , we are hearing a word every where in the internet is "twitter". So many people, celebrities, companies are using the twitter. What is so special with twitter? why all the people where so crazy about the twitter? we will digg about the twitter and reasons caused to its popularity.

What is twitter?

twitter
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers. Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends or, by default, allow open access. Users can send and receive tweets via the Twitter website, Short Message Service (SMS) or external applications. While the service itself costs nothing to use, accessing it through SMS may incur phone service provider fees.

Who made it?
Twitter is a privately funded startup with offices in the SoMA neighborhood of San Francisco, CA. Started as a side project in March of 2006, Twitter has grown into a real-time short messaging service that works over multiple networks and devices.
The key people for this are Jack Dorsey (chairman), Evan Williams (CEO), Biz Stone (Creative Director).
Jack Dorsey is an American software architect and businessperson best known as the creator of Twitter.
Evan Williams is an American entrepreneur who has founded several Internet companies, including Pyra Labs (creator of weblog-authoring software Blogger) and Twitter, of which he is currently CEO.
Biz Stone is a co-founder and Creative Director of Twitter, Inc and also helped to create and launch Xanga, Blogger, Odeo, and Obvious. He has published two books about blogging, Blogging: Genius Strategies for Instant Web Content (New Riders, 2002) and Who Let The Blogs Out? (St Martins, 2004).
The first prototype was built in two weeks in March 2006 and launched publicly in August of 2006. The service grew popular very quickly and it soon made sense for Twitter to move outside of Obvious. In May 2007, Twitter Incorporated was founded.
Dorsey, Stone and Williams co-founded Obvious which then spun off Twitter. In October 2008, Williams became CEO of Twitter, displacing Jack Dorsey who became chairman of the board and Biz Stone as a creative head.

Why it is so popular?
There are main four reasons are given below, which causes the twitter more popular.
  • Fast Communication Media
  • Easy to Use
  • Availability
  • Making Money from twitters
Fast Communication Media:
People are very eager to know what other people are doing, twitter proves that is simple. Now a days all the companies are having twitter account because they let people know what they are doing. The followers who are following they will get the message from sms, web, mobile web, instant message or from third party API projects. So this is the efficient fast communication media to send a message to massive people in a single shot.

Easy to Use:
This is very simple user interface that even computer kids can use it very efficiently. This was specially designed like that. If you have a twitter account and you log on the twitter, mostly you can perform three things
  • following (which you follow others)
  • followers (which other following you)
  • tweets (which you broad casting messages)
The entire twitter tasks are revolve around these three things. So even any computer kid can understand easily , that's the reason for its popularity.

Availability:
This is one important aspect of the twitter success. Twitter features are available in variety formats like apis, widgets, feeds ..etc .The people who are having own websites, are encouraged to use twitter by the visitors.

Making money from twitter:
Twitter is a massive communication media the people who are having huge number of followers, they can use twitters in the following ways to make money.
  • Direct Advertisements - you can advertise directly to all your followers
  • Affiliate marketing - you can post some links or product pages to the followers to subscribe them.
  • Paid reviews - this is similar to the advertisement.
Still, any limitations?
The biggest limitation in twitter is maintaining the conversations. Other social bookmarking sites like facebook, orkut are very efficient to maintain conversations, but twitter is facing some limitations to maintain conversations.

FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS

FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
An interesting combination of a stove and kitchen workspace that doubles as a comfortable chair

FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
We’re all familiar with beds that fold out from sofas, but few do so as easily and elegantly as this one by Flou. In Modernist tradition, the form of the bed is also partly visible in the form of the couch with each fold-out layer articulated individually.
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
Its a unique way of designing with Tetris-based Chairs + Table design. Aside from the sofa, bed, and chairs-and-tables configuration these also pack up nicely to be stored. The material is designed to be soft enough to be comfortable but resilient enough to work as an eating or work surface.
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
This cabinet dining room set has everything one needs to sit down to a comfortable meal and then slides back into place very neat as this complete furniture
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
Unusual urban furniture.
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
Marta Antoszkeiwicz’s design is not like most transforming furniture that relies on clever bends, twists and hidden tricks to work. This simple table and chairs set relies only on sliding pieces under and out from under one another. The result, though, is impressive: chairs that go well with the table in either configuration and don’t look like extra elements.
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
A storable box or subtle side table by all appearances, this articulated shelving system by Bertrand Pinceman folds out into a rather nice bookcase. It is designed to work both on its side and upright
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
Compact, clever and portable, the Fence Chair by Alain Berteau is a simple blend of traditional picket fence vernacular and sustainable modularity. The repeated use of a single simple form allows for compact shipping and the seats can be split or joined as needed.
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS
Next time you go on a picnic with some friends you may want to grab a second basket, the so-called Mealbox by Igland Design. Fourteen puzzle pieces slip out of this simple container and assemble into a table and chairs that seat six – a humorous variation on fast food.
FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS

This comfy number is not one nor two but three pieces of furniture in one: a sofa, lounger and a chair. A good deal of transforming furniture looks or feels better in one configuration or another, but this three-in-one by Roel Verhagen-Kaptein is appealing in each of its transformations.

FURNITURE TRANSFORMERS

Normally we think of convertible furniture as transforming from one useful thing into something else with a practical function. These simply elegant folding chairs by Studio Dror collapse into something you might actually want to use simply for wall decoration: a simpler refined furniture solution than sticking cheap folding chairs back into the closet.
